1. Product Specifications & Handcrafted Variations

NxtLifestyle specializes in design-led home decor, lighting, rugs, baskets, and lifestyle goods handcrafted in India using natural materials (bamboo, cane, rattan, jute, coir, wood, brass).

• Due to authentic hand craftsmanship, minor variations in weave texture, color tone, or size (within ±3%) are intrinsic marks of handcrafted artisan goods and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

2. Order Fulfillment Timelines

• Handling / Processing Time: 3 to 5 business days prior to dispatch.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 7 to 14 business days globally after dispatch.

3. Exchange & Defect Return Terms

• Exchange Only: We offer exchanges exclusively for verified manufacturing defects or transit damage. No full remorse returns once shipped.
• Shipping Allocation: Return shipping to our warehouse is to be borne by the buyer. Replacement item reshipping is to be borne by NxtLifestyle.

5. Governing Law & Mumbai Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal claims, disputes, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or orders placed thereon shall be subject to the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
