1. Exchange Policy Overview (No Full Returns)
Due to the bespoke handcrafted nature of our natural material collections, we operate on an Exchange-Only basis. We do not accept full returns or refunds for change of mind or buyer remorse once an order has been dispatched.
Exchanges are honored strictly for items received with verified manufacturing defects or transit damage.
Natural variations in handcrafted weave, bamboo grain, cane patina, or minor shade differences are intrinsic marks of artisan craft and are not considered manufacturing defects.
2. Return Shipping Cost Allocation
In the event of an approved exchange for a manufacturing defect or transit damage:
Return Shipping to Warehouse:To be borne by the Buyer
Reshipping of Replacement Item:To be borne by NxtLifestyle (Us)
The buyer is responsible for safely packaging the defective item and shipping it back to our central warehouse in India. Once received and inspected, NxtLifestyle will dispatch the fresh replacement piece at zero additional shipping cost to the buyer.
3. Order Cancellation & Handling Timeline
Orders have a handling/processing window of 3 to 5 business days prior to dispatch.
In cases of approved pre-dispatch cancellation or unrepeatable defective inventory, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days directly back to the original payment mode via Razorpay.
Once an order is dispatched (after the 3–5 day handling window), cancellations are no longer permitted.
Attach 2–3 clear photographs or an unboxing video demonstrating the manufacturing defect or damage.
Upon approval, ship the item to our designated Mumbai, India fulfillment address.
5. Governing Legal Jurisdiction
All transactions, policies, and disputes arising out of or related to purchases on NxtLifestyle.com are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive legal jurisdiction belonging to the competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
